New Fabric Line - introducing Daisy Janie !!

So excited to announce a new fabric line in The Mamas family, the gorgeous and supremely hip Daisy Janie. 100% GOTS certfied organic mid-weight cotton and fantastic to sew with. Well, within minutes of arriving, I ripped open the packaging and started whipping up some of The Mamas super eco-pillows that you can purchase here (shameless advertising plug). GOTS certification requires that the producer/manufacturer must maintain organic standards as well as a minimum social criteria including that:
* employment is Freely Chosen
* freedom of association and right to collective bargaining
* working conditions are safe and hygienic
* child labor is not used
* living wages are paid
* working hours are not excessive
* no discrimination is practiced
* regular employment provided
* no harsh or inhumane treatment is allowed
